 Wade Derbey shot this buck while trailing a 30" buck that Jim had wounded. This hunt was a pre-rut hunt from December 14-18, 2003. While this buck was only 26 inches wide it has unbelievable mass and grossed 194 with five points being broken off at least an inch each and its right main beam broken off probably five inches. The mass reminds you of bucks in the U.S. in the 50's and 60's. Jim's buck was not seriously wounded and the bleeding stopped.
